EXCHANGE POLICY

🪷 Exchange Policy – [SADAF SAREE EMPORIUM]

Thank you for shopping with us! We value your trust and want you to love every saree you purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns – Exchange Only
We do not offer returns or refunds once a product is sold. However, customers may exchange items under the terms below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of purchase/delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects or size/design exchanges (if applicable).

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Process

• Please bring/ship the item along with the original bill or receipt.

• After inspection, you may choose another saree of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, to be paid by the customer).

• No cash or card refunds will be provided.

4. Ineligible Items
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Store Rights
[SADAF SAREE EMPORIUM] reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions.
